Salmonbellies win Intermediate A provincial title

A New Westminster Salmonbellies forward loses the ball as he's checked by a Juan de Fuca defender in the first period of their intermediate B game at the provincial intermediate lacrosse championships, Saturday at Copeland Arena. Juan de Fuca won the game 14-8 and went on to take silver in the B final. The Salmonbellies lost to Coquitlam 7-6 in the B division bronze medal game. The New Westminster Salmonbellies A team defeated Victoria 12-9 in the A final.
