In this year's valuation from BC Assessment, New Westminster had 10 homes in the top-100 in the North Fraser region (which includes Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore, and Belcarra). They ranked 81 through 90, respectively, in the top-100 list, but here they are in top-10 order.
