Liquor infraction at Queensborough store

A New Westminster retail liquor outlet has paid a $7,500 fine for selling to a minor.

The province’s liquor licensing and control branch in its April 1 to Sept. 30, 2013 report said its Minors as Agents Program) caught the Queens Motor Hotel on Ewen Avenue in Queensborough selling liquor to a minor on Aug. 7, 2013 with the $7,500 penalty being paid Oct. 11.
