From Scribbles to Publication
Advice on how to get published will be dished out at a workshop, From Scribbles to Publication, at the New Westminster Public Library Feb. 26.
The workshop will help prospective writers go from first page to publication. Ben Nuttall-Smith, vice-president of the Federation of B.C. writers will talk about the process of getting accepted by a publisher. A presentation by the federation’s president, George Opacic, will demystify the digital publishing world, including formats and benefits to the author.
It is being put on by the Royal City Literary Arts Society starting at 6:30 p.m. Pre-registration is required by emailing secretary@rclas.com or by calling 778-714-1772.
