Chinese language emergency workshops
Workshops on how to cope with natural emergencies will be held at the New Westminster Public Library on successive Thursday afternoons.
Three will be in Chinese starting with earthquake emergency preparedness on Thursday, Nov. 15. That will be followed by a first-aid workshop on Thursday, Nov. 22 and coping with stress the following Thursday. The final workshop on coping skills during a natural disaster will be Thursday, Dec. 6, and will be in English with Chinese interpretation available.
