Pooch parade in Queen's Park
Canine costumes will be pranced around Queen's Park's off-leash dog area during the third annual Petrifying Pooch Parade on Saturday, Oct. 27.
Royal City dog owners are being invited to dress up their pets in costumes for the parade with special prizes given out to the most original, scariest and funniest costumes. The parade, put on by New Westminster's Calli Co. Pet Services, begins at noon with judging at 1 p.m.
There will be Halloween doggy bags for all participants and treats for their human companions. More information can be found at www.callico.ca.
