Library goes around the world
Visiting different countries can be possible this summer without leaving New Westminster. The public library's Read Around the World adult summer reading program runs until Sept. 1 and will go to all the continents in the world.
Reading passports can be picked up at the library to keep a list of what you read and what you want to read. The library will be featuring a different continent or region every week. The weekly bookmarks and displays offer up some fiction, non-fiction or mystery books from the featured part of the world.
There's also a weekly prize draw as part of the program.
