Official opening for turf field
The official opening for the Queen’s Park artificial turf field will be held Saturday, Feb. 4 at 10 a.m.
Minor lacrosse and soccer players from across the city will be participating in the ceremony originally scheduled for Jan. 19, but postponed due to snow.
The field has been open for play since Dec. 10.
