New Westminster building wins another award
For the second time this month, the Brewery District's Building Two in Sapperton has won an award.
On Nov. 21, the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) named the first of eight buildings in the district being developed by Wesgroup Properties as winner of its commercial mixed use award.
Early this month, the Urban Development Institute Pacific Region gave the building its best commercial/retail/office space award.
The REBGV also named Westminster Pier Park as its community parks award winner.
