Westminster Savings top employer: National survey
New Westminster-based Westminster Savings has been named one of Canada's top 50 employers in a survey done by Aon Hewitt, a global human resources consulting firm.
It was the first time the company has reached the ranking from a survey conducted of employees across Canada.
"It is a tribute to our team of more than 400 passionate and dedicated employees," said the credit union's president and CEO Barry Forbes in a press release. "At Westminster Savings, our employee recognition program, highly competitive employee benefits, emphasis on approachable leadership and commitment to helping our employees and customers achieve better balance both financially and in life are just some of the ways we strive to make Westminster Savings a great place to work."
